Weekends in front of my apartment

On Saturdays, the small store under our apartment has fresh meat for sale outside. This guy on the left is wiping it with a dirty rag to get rid of the flies. Most all of the meat is sold like this--in little stands on the side of the road just hanging in the open in the sun and heat. It's really fresh, though!
I've been eating mostly vegetarian since I've been here.
